With the CASE Act now signed into law, expect most sites to start changing their rules regarding fanworks. Waterfall doesn't follow US law, but this is a paradigm shift for the Internet. This means I'll soon look at WF's rules and adjusting them to be more permissive for fan works. Everyone can weigh in on the new rules, and there'll be a proper workshop on it soon.
